From the Ground Up: AGrowth’s New Grain Silos

Two silos. 600 tonnes each. A stronger foundation for maize storage and NURIRA flour production.

In the second half of 2025, AGrowth installed two grain silos at its Kigali facility. Each silo has a storage capacity of 600 tonnes, bringing combined storage capacity to 1,200 tonnes.

Building the Structure

The project strengthened the infrastructure behind NURIRA maize flour production. The installation brought together steel structures, equipment, foundations, and on-site work.

Why This Investment Matters

Producing maize flour begins before grain reaches the mill. Reliable raw-material storage helps AGrowth organize maize supply and plan production more consistently.

For wholesale and institutional partners, the investment strengthens the foundations of supply by improving the facility’s ability to manage maize ahead of milling.

A Milestone for AGrowth

The 2025 installation marks an important step in the development of AGrowth’s Kigali facility and its continued investment in local maize and NURIRA flour.
